Francesco Catarinolo and Carlo Misischi founded Studio Pandora in 2012. By sharing their experiences in the field of Video Production the goal was to search innovative languages and solutions to break the mold.
In 2019 the Pandora Studio is an established reality in the advertising world and has collaborated with the most innovative Italian communication agencies, able to offer services ranging from 3D Animation to Production and Post Production of promos and commercials.
Speaking about 3D Animation, the web series “The Millennials” by Tic Tac made also a lot of noise and won the golden prize in the “Native Advertising” category at the NC Digital Awards. The Millennials got awarded at the Mediastars, in the sections Audiovisual Technique and Art direction too.
The Pandora Orginals project has started in 2017, with the creation of original content for the film and television industry. The first production is Dharma Bums, a Fantasy Short Film, starring Hal Yamoanouchi (Wolverine the Immortal). In the spirit of Pandora’s work the project immediately became a cross-media experiment with the addition of a graphic novel inspired by the short film’s narrative universe.
Other original production as the Documentary The Red House, an international co-production shot in Greenland, telling the dramatic story of the Inuit people, and the development of a 3D animated TV series based on a series of books translated into 10 languages.
